Some of the biggest frustrations with accounting software could be solved in just a few minutes if we could look over a client’s shoulder and help them record a complex transaction or straighten out a journal entry. Alas, sometimes this doesn’t happen because the business just can’t stop their daily transactions; make a backup; send it to us through their portal; let us fix the problem; return the backup; and restore the data to their computer.
