Since we first published our Timeline of Obamacare provisions last year, our business clients have been asking for an update. The ACA (Affordable Care Act) seems to change month to month with Presidential directives and Congressional twisting. Since the law seems to change as fast as we can write, we’re publishing a general timeline below. The links for “Additional Details” have been inactivated and, in order to give our clients the most current information, replaced with a link at the top of this page entitled “Advanced Planing Information.” Whereas the timeline below gives you the big picture, the planning link will be updated each month to reflect the current changes.
Be sure to revisit this page frequently for updates via the planning link and don’t forget the one ACA provision that applies to almost every business large or small.
