Detroit is in the news since their bankruptcy filing, but the bigger question that we should be asking is why large cities are having problems. Dr. Walter E. Williams, a Distinguished Professor of Economics at George Mason University, gives his opinion on this issue.
He is also a founding Board Member and Finance Director of the Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center and serves on the Board of the National Equal Rights Institute.
