Looks like the argument for the rich paying their “fair share” is getting weaker

Facts are stubborn things and the fact is that the top 5% of earners have gone from shouldering about 28% of all income taxes to carrying 40% of the entire income tax burden.
So once again, we ask our liberal friends, just how much is enough? Should those with less than 30% of the income pay 75%, 115% or more of the total?
