Tax Planning Tip

ROTH IRA DISTRIBUTIONS BECOME TAX-FREE THIS YEAR

If you opened a Roth IRA in 1998, the "five-year" requirement
for tax-free distributions passed on January 1, 2003. If you
are age 59 ?, you can now take distributions from such a
Roth IRA without tax. If you converted a regular IRA to a
Roth in 1998 and are NOT 59 ?, you can still withdraw the
converted amount of principal tax and penalty free.

"Will E-Mail be your company's downfall?"

Most of us can't live without E-Mail, but are the courts
going to make one of our best business tools a liability?

Legal trends seem to place the ability to retrieve last
year's e-mail on the same footing as providing
financial information.

FDIC Insurance-Just what does it cover?

Raise your hand if you think the FDIC's insurance on  your
money in the bank is pretty much automatic and not something
you need to struggle to understand or worry a whole lot about.

You may be surprised at what's involved.

Here's what it does (and doesn't) cover !
